BACKGROUND
Founded in 1994 under the name Pacific Collections Corporation, JTY Pacific began its mission to provide top-tier fire prevention services. Under the leadership of Engr. James T. Young, the company initially served prominent clients such as SM City North EDSA and SM Shoemart Cubao.
Through the years, the company built relationships with leading fire protection brands including Simplex, Notifier, National, Photain, Edwards, GST, and Firedex — key players in the fire safety industry. These products remain integral to our service offerings, helping us deliver dependable fire protection solutions across a wide range of facilities.
In 2005, the company re-established its brand as JTY Pacific Collections Services, Inc. (JTY Pacific) — a strategic move reflecting our commitment to growth, innovation, and service excellence.

JTY Pacific has proudly grown its client base to include a wide network of commercial establishments — most notably SM Supermalls, buildings, warehouses and offices — where we continue to maintain and protect fire safety systems across more than 36 locations nationwide.
